At Londhe Garments, we strive to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your fashion items, you can return or exchange them within 15 days of delivery provided they are unworn and have original tags attached.
Initiate Request
Log into your Londhe Garments account, navigate to 'My Orders', and select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Pack the Items
Place the garments in their original packaging, ensuring all labels, invoices, and brand tags are intact and secure.
Handover to Courier
Our logistics partner will arrive at your doorstep within 48 hours to collect the package and provide a pickup receipt.
Quality Check & Refund
Once the items reach our warehouse and pass a quality inspection, your refund or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
